What was the highlight of Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa

I loved this place and will be returning sooner than later.

This property has a nice beach which is very clean and has an assortment of places to lounge around. It also has 21 bars and restaurants although some were closed when we got there so we didn’t get to experience them all. I did however loved their intercontinental buffet. The staff was friendly and the bar tenders gave great service. The rooms were really nice and clean. I loved how you can control the room with an iPad as well and not to mention the key is an app on your phone so you don’t have to carry a card around and lose it. You use the phone to get in and out of your room as well as the VIP bar.

What I didn’t like about the property was the check-in experience. The hotel does not offer day pass so no your friend can not come visit you unless she/he is on the reservation as well.

This resort is Awesome. The ease of check in and out in the Exhale Lounge was definitely a bonus. I Love this Resort. The service, the food, the vibe exceeded my expectations.

Is not located at a place of best beaches in Cancun. Good is average and generally on the salty side. You need to be club members to get slippers.

wonderful 4 days in Cancun

I liked very much the hotel and the people working there are very nice and always willing to help. Good food, very clean, and everything is very modern.

I thought the hotel was much closer to the center and airport. But the main complain is the beach. Compare to other hotels I have been in Mexico, they barely have any beach. The beach is narrow and there is not much space to walk on the beach.

Everybody has great hospitality and they’re really nice and really made me feel at home. And the spa was the best experience I’ve ever had.

I didn’t know that you couldn’t get in certain restaurants if you didn’t have on pants , had I know that I would’ve been more prepared for that. Because they have beautiful romantic ones.

An excellent break

My first breakfast was at the International Buffet, great selection but all the food was cold. I also ate at Fish Nets, which was good and went to Silk City for a hibachi show which was fun. One of my suggestions is to have some interactive iPad or board in the lobby to show the restaurants, days and times they are open, if reservations are needed and dress codes. I only had two days so it was difficult working around what was available and when. I read everything on the room iPad but did not know about the Friday night cookout. It is great not having a wrist band and just being able to go and relax.

I have a very difficult time sleeping and was offered a selection of pillows but every one I had was extremely large and very firm. I take a really soft, squishy pillow and was glad I had brought one from home. They did offer an orthopedic pillow but it was really small and firm. It would help if maybe the room iPad could have a tab for meditation music or music to help sleep? Also, the doormen and concierge all recommended the taxi to go to the mall - the taxi was 17.00 for a ten minute ride and, taking Uber back, it was $10.00. Others have told me the same.

Nice view but not worth the price

We had Xhale which give us pass for the rooftop pool which was super nice and beautiful view. Also delicious food. The other pool it’s where the dj is, super fun! If you want a cabana you do need to get a bottle champagne ($200) tequila ($400) we did a bottle of clase azul for us it was worth it-but just keep that in mind if you like cabanas. Breakfast at the silk city was ok, but it’s nice to go for the view it’s beautiful the lagoon so green. The food is very delicious for dinner. We didn’t go to the night club. The room view was super nice, the AC not very strong.

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. Employees need serious costumer service training - I’m only talking about management and front desk. Everybody else was super nice bell guys, hostess, servers, bartenders. We got in early for check in, the front desk was chewing on her food and tried to hide while talking to me with her mouth full. They said they didn’t have room available because the cleaners would only arrive by 12pm(???). We asked for any room available until our room is ready so we could sleep, nothing available only if we were willing to pay $450. We get another reservation in an hotel close by, as we arrived at the hotel they call us saying our room was ready (8:30am) so how come come when we were there at 7 nothing was ready and they wanted to charge me $450 to sleep in another room for 1 hour??? Anyways I lost $100 for the reservation at the hotel across the street because they told me my room would only be available at 3pm. The smell of the hotel is awful, smells like mold everywhere specially in the hallways. It was my boyfriends birthday we didn’t get anything, I request a bottle of champagne to the room we never got it.

Amazing hotel with all the comforts and amenities and a good value for money with for all inclusive.

The hotel was amazing with all the facilities in the block. Beautiful beach on the door step. 3 swimming pools with infinity views, 9 Restaurants, a gym, a night club, spa and massage place all under one roof with all inclusive. It was absolutely great! Staff were very welcoming and smily. An amazing breakfast and dinner experience with cuisines not only from Mexican, but also worldwide. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing particularly about the hotel, but we have experienced a bit pushy and high pressure sales pitch by the Hyatt executives trying to sell the hotel membership for the next 40 years. It was a bit uncomfortable experience, as they don't take no for an answer! So, if you can avoid those people you will have a fantastic stay in this hotel.

The view from my room ,the floor plan and layout. The staff koo doo to everyone through out the resort friendly and welcoming . The bartender ️️.

Amazing atmosphere and food! 2nd time staying

We have stayed twice, we just love it here so much! Uncle Charlie, Louisa, and Carlos on the entertainment staff were just awesome and made for memorable pooldays!

Getting phone calls at 9 in the morning from the sales team wanting to set up a meeting for the time share..unplug the phone,They called every morning after we told them we wer not interested.
